Great experience. We booked two cars over the summer, 28 days each. Marcella was super helpful both times. She did everything she could to accommodate our wishes on car size, pick up times etc, and was a great personality to deal with. Will definitely book again.

I received excellent service at this Budget counter both on car pick up and return (Feb 3 at 12:45). I highly recommend it!

Sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Service. Die Dame am Schalter hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und alles in allem ging alles recht flott und unkompliziert. Top Mietwagen, top Konditionen und zufrieden mit dem Preisleitungsverhältnis! Empfehlenswert!

Not great service, booking was for a 5 seater medium sized saloon car fiat Tipo, instead I received a small SUV, but was told I was getting a better deal because it was an automatic, it then broke down after 4 day's, when we contacted Gaetano he first told us that he would not have a replacement for 4 days however we would not accept this and a replacement was organised for the next day, when I picked up the car it was dirty and I later found that there was no screen wash for either front or back windscreens, first car also had barely any fuel and when the first car was returned with fuel that I paid for, I was told that I still had to return 2nd car full of fuel, Gaetano's attitude was that I was lucky that I had another car and that he was doing me a favour, overall poor service for the high cost and supposedly well known and respected company, will not use this office again vert poor Budget agent!!!!!

Scammed for 600 euro. Pretended we did damage that was already there.

Staff here was really helpful. It’s essentially the Avis office shared w Budget. Would rent again.
