A FUIR ! ARNAQUE ! Arnaque classique où ils vous facturent des frais de "légères rayures" à plus de 400€ alors que la voiture était déjà rayée, cabossée et abimée avant la prise du véhicule. Et j'ose croire que cette facturation abusive n'est pas liée au fait que nous ayons refusé leur garantie (étant assuré grâce à notre CB)... Bref, je vous conseille des locations internationales telles que Sixt ou Europcar. Voulant opter pour une entreprise locale n'est pas recommandé malheureusement...

Just returned the car and had to deal with everything that the customers write on their reviews for rentsmart24 (rentalplus). They are scammers and try to get money out of you for every micro scratch they say they find. At the pick up I carefully took pictures of everything because I already knew they would try to get my money. They said small scratches don‘t matter, but at the drop off they suddenly did. I‘m glad I had pictures of EVERYTHING. They were very annoyed that I had proof of no new damages and I guess therefore they didn‘t want me to bring from their location to the airport. They dropped me half way with 3 luggages. They‘re addresses in Napoli and Bari are wrong in the vouchers I received which caused lots of delays in the process. When I picked up the car in Napoli it took me 3 hours to finally find a phone number that would pick up the call and give me the correct address. The numbers in the vouchers also don‘t exist. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. Never again and I hope no one goes through this nightmare.

Ich hatte jetzt schon 2x über den Dienstleister Autos für den Urlaub geliehen. Zu sagen ist, dass ich jeweils das Komplettpaket bei dem Autoverleiher im Voraus gebucht habe inkl. Abholung ohne Kaution. Aus meiner Erfahrung das einfachste, dann kann einem bei Abholung keine Zusatzleistungen angedreht werden. Das wurde auch immer so von dem Personal dort akzeptiert, kein Versuch mir Extras oder ähnliches anzudrehen. Der Autoverleih ist NICHT direkt am Flughafen, aber kurz anrufen und man wird abgeholt und Transfer zum Flughafen auch easy.

This place operates as Rentalplus as well. Every single customer that was in front of us had complained about this place. It is impossible to find their location; there is no shuttle to their place from Bari airport, they picked up the phone but when you speak English they hang up on you, we had to take a taxi that cost 20 Euro for a 2km ride and when we got here finally we waited for 2 hrs until our turn. The location of the agency is in a shady dark hot garage. Avoid at all costs.
