Riddled with unprofessionalism. Extremely aggressive owners who have not heard the term customer service. We were faced with an unfortunate situation being that the car we rented had been lightly scratched about 15cm long. We reported the incident and they tried to charge us €750 for it. We took the car to several garages and the most we were quoted for the work was €350, so we were clearly being overcharged, especially that they had no proof that it would cost €750. Although this was an outrageous amount, we were willing to pay. The bigger issue was that they also tried to make us sign a new contract saying that if the repairs did not remove the damage we had to pay for the new repairs, and on top of that they wanted to charge us a daily rate every day that the car was being repaired. Our contract had none of this included in it and when we politely explained this to the owners, they called us screaming and shouting threatening us that they would call the police and tell them that we stole the car. If I were you, I would avoid like the plague.
