Stay Away from This Company – Extremely Unprofessional Service I had a highly disappointing experience with this so-called rental car company. They are not a legitimate rental agency. The actual agency is based in Milan, and the local office is merely a pickup point. Using this as an excuse, they claimed to have no knowledge of my reservation and the vehicle I had booked. Instead, they provided a completely different car than the one I reserved. The replacement car was poorly maintained – it was missing windshield washer fluid, the battery for the key fob died, and I had to replace it myself without receiving any reimbursement, despite my requests. I attempted to contact them via email five times throughout the week without a single response. Phone calls were also ignored, and their offices are closed on both Saturdays and Sundays, making assistance even more difficult to obtain. On a second occasion, they tried to give me a different vehicle once again, as they clearly don’t have most of the models advertised on their website, such as the Mercedes A-Class, B-Class, Renegade, and others. It seems they only have Alfa Romeo Tonale vehicles available. This company is a complete joke. Avoid it at all costs if you expect professionalism, reliability, and proper customer service. They dont even have a website posted on this link because the name of the company is different, so nobody can leave a bas review and all the other few reviews are fake. They also block me 1300 euro from the card which is way to much, usually is a much less amount.. anyway Now after 20 days that i returned the car and everything was acknowledge the way it was at the time they gave me the car they still didn’t returned the payment. They answered once and that’s it, never again. Im gonna contact the police.

Good experience! Thanks for guys on reception, Me and my sister rent cars and I’ve got Fiat 500, it was nice but my sister has new Alfa Romeo which we like more and enjoyed our trip in more comfortable car.

لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة على الأطلاق استأجرت سيارة بيجو لمدة 4 أيام بسعر أجمالي 400€ من موظف الأستقبال اسمه لوكا سيرلانكي الجنسية وتم سحب وديعة بقيمة 1044.71€ علما أنه تم تسليم السيارة سليمة بدون أي ملاحظات وحتى هذه اللحظة لي أكثر من شهر لم يتم ارجاع الوديعة ولا يتم الرد على اتصالاتي أو الواتس وتم حظري ولا الأيميل !!؟
