Esperienza pessima!! Ho lasciato la moto per venderla, con contratto per tre mesi. Ci sono stati diversi acquirenti ma non abbiamo mai raggiunto un accordo. L’ultimo acquirente sembrava interessato, dovevamo procedere con il trapasso, ma l’addetto vendita di motostore non si é piu fatto sentire. Non rispondeva a chiamate ne messaggi ne e-mail. Cosi sono andato di persona all’esposizione: ho trovato il negozio chiuso. Alla fine dopo tre settimane dalla scadenza del contratto hanno risposto, a seguito del mio ultimo messaggio nel quale dicevo che avrei sporto denuncia. In tutto questo tempo con contratto scaduto sono stati in possesso della mia moto senza farmi sapere nulla e senza avere la decenza di rispondere. In più una volta che sono riuscito a recuperare la mia moto, l’ho trovata con la manopola del freno rotta. Sconsiglio vivamente!!!

Esperienza pessima. Ho pagato per avere la mia moto in vendita presso il negozio di Como e in realtà ho pagato per averla ferma lì senza nessun risvolto. Mancanza totale di professionalità: ho spesso provato a contattarli sia telefonicamente che via whatsapp e venivo ignorato. Se andava bene ricevevo una risposta alla decima chiamata oppure via messaggio dopo svariati tentativi. La risposta era sempre "Oggi viene uno a vederla, ti aggiorno nel pomeriggio o domani" e poi sparivano. Le prime volte pensavo di essere stato truffato e sono stato molto vicino a rivolgermi ai carabinieri. Hanno inoltre avuto un problema con il loro server/gestionale il che non gli ha permesso di vendere la mia moto per un mese (su tre) e nessuno ha neanche lontanamente pensato ad un rimborso per questo danno oppure ad offrirmi un mese in più gratuito (che non avrei comunque accettato per come mi sono trovato male). Forse un po' di riguardo in più al cliente potrebbe aiutare. Per ora posso solo dire che è stato uno dei peggiori "affari" mai fatti. Ho letteralmente regalato i miei soldi senza ricevere un servizio in cambio.

Expérience au dessus de nos attentes. Nous avons loué une Vespa 125 blanche pour arpenter les bords du lac. Vespa comme neuve de 2024, rien à redire. Le personnel est sympathique, professionnel et nous a bien renseigné. Pour couronner le tout, ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous offrir un café. Ils sont peu visibles depuis le bord de la route mais ils méritent d’être davantage connu. Vous pourrez louer bateaux, canoës, voitures… À bientôt !

This was by far the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. We rented a car for half a day, and they never clearly explained that each extra hour would cost €25(!). When we returned the car, the person in charge greeted us with aggressive behavior, shouting and demanding extra payment — even though we had returned the car with more fuel than it had when we picked it up. Instead of a thank you, we were met with rudeness and anger, and were basically forced to pay an extra €25 without any willingness to discuss or understand the situation. This is unprofessional behavior with hidden charges, leaving us with the clear impression that they were trying to scam us and squeeze more money out of the situation. Save yourself the trouble. There are much more trustworthy rental companies out there. This place is only looking to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

This was hands down the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. We rented a car for a few hours only and they charged us for a full day — all because of a small delay due to insane traffic, which was completely out of our control. On top of that, they added a €25/hour extra charge without warning us beforehand. We were never told about this policy — they just slapped it on the bill at the end with no explanation. The person in charge doesn’t speak a word of English and makes zero effort to communicate. Everything is deliberately unclear and misleading. It’s obvious their goal is to confuse you and then rip you off with hidden fees. ⚠️ STAY AWAY! Total scam, and they will absolutely ruin your vacation if you fall into their trap. The contract was presented to us for signing without any explanation and without clearly informing us about any extra charges in case of a delay. When we specifically asked about this, you never mentioned there would be an hourly fee or that we’d be charged for an entire day for just a couple of hours’ delay. You explained everything else clearly — about the kilometers, fuel policy, and general conditions — but conveniently left out the penalty for late return. Why? Clearly on purpose, just to overcharge us! Your way of operating is misleading and unprofessional. If we had received transparent information, we would have made a completely different decision. What you did is a scam. You acted friendly and helpful at first just to gain our trust, only to take advantage of us later. You are not professionals. You are dishonest and deceptive. To all tourists reading this: Avoid this place. There are many other honest rental companies out there — choose one that respects its customers.

Nous avons loué une Vespa 125 pour un week-end à Come : le scooter était parfait, les prix plutôt compétitifs pour la région. Je recommande ! Le propriétaire nous a même gentiment redeposés à la gare au retour.
