Excellente expérience avec Anamo à Florence ! Nous avons loué une voiture pour trois jours à un tarif très compétitif de 60 euros. La voiture était impeccable, super propre, et le service à la réception a été très rapide et efficace. Nous avons réservé via Booking, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. En prime, il y a une navette toutes les cinq à dix minutes pour vous déposer à l’aéroport, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Franchement, rien à redire, je recommande vivement !

Alamo/locauto - I paid almost the same price as the 4-day car rental just for a child seat, and it was not ready on arrival. The only seat provided was old, poor quality, and did not properly attach to the car, which was unsafe for my child. The car also had no spare tire. When I complained, I was told that if I wasn’t happy, I could go and buy my own child seat. Completely unprofessional, especially given the high cost and late-night pickup. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company, particularly to families with children.

Excelente atendimento no guichê pelo Piero! Ele inseriu minha esposa como segunda condutora sem custos e quando eu informei que iria usar o seguro do meu cartão, ele não fez cara feia, não fez terror e nem tentou me empurrar nada. Muito diferente de outras locadoras que li de Florença! E na hora de retirar o carro fomos muito bem atendidos pela Talita, que fala português. Ela explicou onde já tinha problemas no carro e qual tipo de defeito a locadora cobra, o que nos ajudou a ser mais atenciosos. Ela nos orientou sobre os perigos de estacionar em Pisa, o que posteriormente ao pesquisar no Google vi que era verdade. Com isso, até desistimos de ir para Pisa. Super recomendo a Alamo.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Alamo/Locauto. Despite having already booked the maximum insurance coverage via Rentalcars, the staff deliberately pressured and confused us into purchasing an additional insurance on the spot — which cost over €300. Only after insisting and double-checking did we realise we were already fully covered. At that point, the employees suddenly claimed that issuing a refund to our credit card would be "very difficult", even though we had paid just seconds earlier. The entire situation felt manipulative and dishonest. We left feeling misled and taken advantage of. Never again. We are now considering a formal complaint, as this behaviour amounts to fraud.

Auto ophalen ging erg makkelijk. Ik had de auto via Alamo.nl gehuurd met all risk verzekering. De verzekering bij schade loopt dan via alamo.nl, er werden bij de balie geen additionele verzekeringen aangesmeerd. We kregen na betaling van de borg en de autohuur de auto mee. Het duurde ongeveer 10 minuten in totaal dat we aankwamen en ontvangst van de auto. Ging allemaal erg soepel. Samen met medewerker langs de auto gelopen en bestaande schades bekeken. Het inleveren van de auto ging ook erg soepel. Er wordt gecheckt of er nieuwe schade bijgekomen zijn en of de tank weer vol is. Wanneer er geen problemen zijn, wordt direct de borg reservering vrijgemaakt op je credit card. Daarnaast is er een shuttle bus service die naar de airport gaat. Zeker een aanrader en betrouwbaar. Prijs lag wel hoger ten opzichte van de andere aanbieders, maar deze keuze gemaakt na het lezen van de verschillende reviews

Excellent location from which to rent a car at the Florence Airport. Shuttle access from the terminal to this location. The staff worked quickly and I’mprofessionally to get me in my car and on my way. And they were super friendly and greeted me with a smile.
