Not a good experience. Was told extra insurance purchased via Expedia was not good and pushed to buy their insurance. Was given a station wagon when I ordered small SUV. Was told that was all they had. There was a dash light "on" when I picked up the car. Was told is was ok and just a maintenance soon light. That was a lie. After driving 30km or so I had to pull into a service station on the highway to "adblue". What a joke. It took almost the full 10 litres. The gas station guy said the tank must have been low for some time . Would not go back to this location. Very disappointed
This is a terrible location to deal with. The car we booked was not available and we were being forced to accept another vehicle that didn’t work for us. We were then told that the Expedia and credit card insurance was not sufficient and forced to purchase their coverage which doubles the cost of the original booking. Customer service was awful. Please beware and stay away.
