Garbage service.DO NOT GO TO THIS BUDGET. I originally got the car from Milano and paid extra to drop it off at Rome airport. I took a video and pictures as well as photos of the dash board of the vehicle , since there was already multiple scratches. I recorded that there were two scratches , with time date AND LOCATION when picking up the car from Milan airport. At the end of my trip I noticed there was a budget close to where I was residing so we asked if we could drop it off there (Ostia). The teller in Ostia did not even look at my photos or videos of the scratches he just said I HAVE TO CHARGE. I decided not even to entertain him because he was clearly just not interested in looking at the PROOF , that it was done before I had rented the vihicle.Honestly I have rented cars from many companies and he was the most incompetent worker I have ever met. Sad excuse for an employee.
