Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Giuseppe was so friendly, helpful and accommodating! We had some difficulty with scheduling (my error) and he was able to help us. Will be back to rent from them again!

We made a reservation online the day before. The location is a short cab ride away from the port and its a little challenging to find a taxi. But when we arrived, our car was ready as promised. No hassle. The Gentleman at the front desk was nice and professional. He even did us a favor and drove us back to the port so we wouldn't miss our ship. (Of course we gave him what the taxi fare could have been) but without his help we wouldn’t have made it.

Good overall experience, the first car had an issue but Marco the manager made a goodwill gesture and gave us a new car. They were on time and professional.
