Great service, kind, helpful and above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Daniel as an owner is top notch with costumer service (and so enjoyable to speak with). Our driver Franco was quick and kind. Car was clean and comfortable. Private water taxi was a great bonus. And having Daniel with us to make sure we arrived at our hotel was amazing. Highly recommend. And will definitely book again while in Italy. Helpful tip off the cruise ship in Trieste: walk all the way out of the cruise terminal and to the left. You’ll see a large parking lot with buses, taxis, and then black/grey vans. Walk to the vans and your driver will be there with a sign.

We were very happy with our service from Pantarei, from the easy online booking process to the actual transfer. We booked a transfer from the Cruise pier at Trieste to Venice. Daniel arrived in plenty of time for our scheduled pick up (actually almost half an hour early). He was very pleasant, spoke excellent English, and pointed out some sights and points of information along the way. The minivan was clean and comfortable for our party of four. We would not hesitate to book with Daniel again if we are in the Venice/Trieste area.

We were fortunate to find Pantarei Chauffeur Service through our research - we required airport transfers in addition to return transfers between Venice and Ravenna. Daniel was absolutely amazing - in addition to being highly professional, he was charming and shared his knowledge about the various areas through which we passed. Highly recommended!
