Sehr schlechter Service bei der Rückgabe ! Ich hatte einen sehr schlechten Eindruck bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe. Die beiden Mitarbeiter vor Ort machten nicht den Eindruck, als wollten sie arbeiten – alles lief extrem unmotiviert und unfreundlich ab. Ohne jede Erklärung oder Begründung wurde außerdem ein Betrag von 10 € auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet, obwohl der Wagen mehr als vollgetankt war. Das scheint dort wohl gängige Praxis zu sein, weil sich vermutlich kaum jemand beschwert. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und grenzwertig. Ich werde hier sicher nicht noch einmal mieten. Servizio pessimo alla riconsegna ! Ho avuto un’esperienza molto negativa al momento della riconsegna del veicolo. I due dipendenti presenti non sembravano avere alcuna voglia di lavorare – tutto è stato gestito in modo estremamente scortese e svogliato. Senza alcuna spiegazione mi è stato addebitato anche un importo di 10 € sulla carta di credito, nonostante l’auto fosse più che piena di carburante. Probabilmente è una pratica abituale, dato che pochi si lamentano. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto deludente e al limite della correttezza. Non noleggerò più qui.

the worst service in my life, I definitely do not recommend it the car was ok but customer service below any standard. Avis should be ashamed of having such rude, unprofessional employees.

Do not rent from this company. You will be charged for an extra $1k and there is no one to talk to. Even when they escalate the issue they do not have anyone higher up to speak to. All the negative reviews are true. There are other rental agencies in the airport, go with them.

I had the worst experiences renting a car from this company! They stole 130 euros from us! they made us insurance without our consent, when we returned the car they told us to pay 130 euros for the insurance that we didn't ask for, because we already had it from the booking! very arrogant, upon returning they presented us with a contract that did not correspond to the one they gave us when we took the car! so, I do not recommend! you will enjoy a low price but they will steal you as they know best!!!

This is not the Avis location!!!! Even though in the confirmation email we received it said this address, do not go here! It took 20 minutes for us to walk here. There was a barking dog on the roof we had to share the road with cars Going very fast, all no with our luggage in hand. It was extremely annoying, all to find out that the actual pick up location is in a completely different place. Do not come here!!!
