Luciano Giannone NCC Sicilia | Private Driver

Che dire del Sig. Luciano. Ci ha portato in giro per tutta la Sicilia anche in angoli nascosti con competenza e organizzazione veramente fantastica. Infatti a marzo 2025 ci torniamo!!!

Luciano è stato, oltre che un'ottimo autista, anche un grande aiuto nel consigliare posti magnifici da visitare e varie esperienze da fare!

Luciano is fantastic and made our trip to Sicily very special! We spent two weeks in Sicily and had the pleasure of traveling with Luciano every day. He was professional, courteous, and definitely knew where and how to drive through and around the multitude of cities we visited. He was always on time, his luxury vehicle was clean and comfortable and we always felt very safe and relaxed. Most importantly - Luciano made us feel like family! He is so kind, funny, and welcoming. He has many stories to tell about Sicily! We highly recommend him for anyone traveling to Sicily and we hope to see him again. Our journey was much more special because of him.

Luciano is absolutely outstanding in every way. He is prompt, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, and funny. We are gratelful to have had him take us around during our recent trip to Sicily. We give him our highest recommendation without reservation.

We used Chauffeurs Inn Sicily on our Sicily trip in Spring 2025. There were six of us and we had 5 transfers between towns in Sicily. They were on time, polite, drove safely, and were full of information. Cars were clean and service was professional. On three of the days we made stops at historical sites along the route and they were very helpful with where to catch a bite to eat, the logistics of the site we were seeing and allowing us adequate time to visit. We had some of the best food because of their recommendations. Can't say enough good things about them. We would definitely use them again.

In 2020, Luciano asked me to pay a deposit for his services. With COVID closing the border and travel impossible, the trip to Sicily had to be cancelled. Luciano's services were therefore no longer required. It goes without saying that no expenses had been incurred on his part in advance, since the aim was to take us from one point to another. Having spent the advance, Luciano was unable and unwilling to reimburse it in full, contenting himself, after confirmation of reimbursement in several drafts, to return only part of the amount. A highly dubious and regrettable business practice. Lack of honesty and respect for one's word; it's distressing. In 2025, I'm still waiting for reimbursement of the balance of the deposit made in good faith on my part. Whatever he may say, Mr. Giannone undertook in writing to repay the advance in full, less 5% for bank commission, and has never done so, repaying only half. This gentleman broke his word and walked away with 300 euros in his pocket, for which he did no work and incurred no expenses. Sad.

Lucino and his company are outstanding!!!! Their service is always , prompt, professional and Luciano himself is as wonderful a person as he is a driver and guide. Their team is a wealth of knowledge and everyone should use them when in Sicily!
