i am very sorry to give a 1 star as the staff were nice and friendly but my experience here bought my vacation mood plummeting down as i had to stand outside the shop for 2 hours and wait as the only staff member working took 20-25 mins per customer in front of me. i could have got a transfer with the cruise line straight to the airport but as i had 5 hours before my flight took off i decided to rent a car and maybe tour some villages before heading to the airport but instead i spent my time standing in line waiting and then had to rush to the airport in Venice as i only had enough time to drive straight there.
I would actually give this place zero stars if I could. Gave us the wrong car, which we didn't realize until we tried to return it at another location. We called the Ravenna location to try and get refunded since they gave her a smaller car than we paid for. Marco literally hung up on us over and over, refusing to even talk to us. Clearly they're looking to take advantage of tourists. There are plenty of rental car places. Stay far away from this one.
Check in took forever but everything else went well.
