(I reserved from Alamo and my contract was with both Locauto & Alamo, so this review covers both as they operate in the same office). I had a very positive experience with this rental agency. The process for both check-in and check-out was very quick, car was already there when I arrived, and it was in immaculate condition with just 1500km on it. On the last day I needed to extend my reservation for one more day and Sara was quick to handle it through a short WhatsApp exchange. Their price was very competitive and the "don’t worry" full coverage gave me a great peace of mind. I would recommend anyone to book with this office with a better price and full insurance - instead of renting from more expensive alternatives with basic insurance.

이탈리아 남부 해안도로를 여행하기 위해 여기에서 렌트를 했는데, 멋진 피아트 600으로 렌트를 해주었고 남자분 직원은 너무친절하고 처리 속도도 빠르고 반납할때도 아름다운 여자직원분이 순식간에 반납처리를 해주었습니다. 다시 남부에 온다면 또 여기에서 렌트하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

During my trip to Salerno, Italy, I booked a rental car from Miami through Expedia, with full insurance included and everything prepaid. When I arrived at the office in Salerno to pick up the car, I was greeted by Sara, who was initially very friendly—but that’s when the trouble began. She charged my credit card again as if I had never made a reservation, including charging me again for full insurance. When I called to complain and provided proof of my receipts, she simply said I had to pay and there was nothing she could do. I feel completely scammed. I have all the documentation and will be filing a formal complaint. I do not recommend this office—they are clearly engaging in dishonest practices.

La prise en charge s est faite sur un véhicule dont le cache bagage était cassé et donc gênant pour un Road tour En route pas de moyen de nettoyer le pare brise avant car non fonctionnel malgré un réservoir de lave glace plein Au retour, garé sur un parking en total sécurité, ils m ont imposé du double file Alors qu à l heure de restitution il n y avait personne à l agence et que sur le tel affiché, personne n a répondu Très très très déçu Pour moi une qualité de service très en dessous des avis déposés précédemment À éviter
