We were charged for tire damage that was clearly pre-existing prior to the collection of the vehicle. It is evident that a customer cannot reasonably be aware of such pre-existing damage at the time of pickup, which makes the process susceptible to arbitrary charges against subsequent renters. Nevertheless, we were billed for the vehicle’s transportation, the cost of tire replacement, and the installation, despite having been explicitly assured during our previous communication that we would not be held responsible for any of these costs, as the incident was not due to our fault.

Die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abholung und Rückgabe des Autos verlief reibungslos, mit kurzen Wegen im Terminal. Das Fahrzeug war in einwandfreiem Zustand – nahezu neuwertig, ohne Kratzer oder Schäden. Auch die Rückgabe wurde professionell und effizient abgewickelt.

The service at the counter was quick (no line, I think for the first time ever with any company) and the girl there was so kind and helpful, the whole process was smooth and easy and if you return the car early in the morning it is easy to return the keys through a box. The car was in a good condition and we did not have any issues. Would use again.

Flew into Italy. It was poring rain. Had to walk to the car rental in the rain (not their fault) Get there and there are two guys who don’t even acknowledge us and we’re pretty rude Won’t be back
