Vivarent Autonoleggio Ciampino

Such a wonderful car rental service and an incredible price for the service provided. I experienced issues on the pick up and the drop off of the car, each of which lovely Mateo jumped into action to help me out with patience and a friendly smile. He even allowed me and my partner to keep the car for a few extra hours on drop off free of charge in order to allow us to explore Rome while we waited for our evening flight. I would recommend this service to anyone and will certainly be booking all my car rentals through them in future!

Price was excellent as was the service and car. Only reason for 4 is the car had alot of unrecorded damage prior to my rental we looked over the car thoroughly with multiple unrecorded marks made. If my friend hadn't recorded a video of the car before we left I would have been made to pay for someone else's scuffed wing mirror. (other side was scuffed aswell which we recorded) Staff were great with us despite this

Recomand ,preturi foarte bune.

We travel with our family very often around the world and rent cars. But what we experienced here is an absolute disaster!!!We had booked a Jeep and what do you think? We don't!But the Renalt Captur is the same we were told by a +- 20 year old lady.Great comparison...We had VISA debit or MasterCard debit with which we pay everywhere. Here you must not!We were charged 30 euro a day more for not having a CREDIT CARD!!!Where has good old friendly Italy gone??Customer service is better even in Kandahar! The lady showed us what arrogance and unwillingness is all about!Never again!!!Better pay extra and go to a proven company! We wanted to try something different and it was an absolute mistake!

Had a great experince and a fantastic price. It was a pleasure dealing with Vivarent. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Charged us an extra day because we were 1 hour late due to the exceptional snow fall. No understanding on their behalf, I will not be using again.

Very good service and fair prices ! Recommend to everyone.
