TUTTO OK. RESO CAPARRA IMMEDIATO. Noleggio con tariffa base pieno per pieno, ottimo prezzo. La macchina presentava difetti estetici tutti accuratamente segnalati nel contratto di noleggio. Vettura consegnata Lancia Ypsilon Hybrid, un po lenta e semplice ma dai consumi ridotti. Igiene e pulizia della macchina mediocri. CONSIGLIO: piuttosto che perdere tempo a fotografare i danni giu presenti, fotografate quello che non è danneggiato e verificate nella mappatura dei danni che vi forniscono, ci siano segnati tutti quelli preesistenti al momento del rilascio e firma documenti. Fate il pieno prima di restituire la macchina. Siate rispettosi del bene a noleggio.

We made a reservation with Alamo for 5 days. Sadly, our flight was delayed and we would arrive after the office was closed, so I called the office in Bergamo Airport in advance, around 18:45 to warn the company and also ask what would be the procedure, because we really needed the car that night since we weren't staying anywhere near and we had to drive 1 hour to get to our hotel. The lady that responded was not very polite and she said there was nothing to be done, we had to collect the car the day after and that we would loose the reservation. This created a lot of complications on our side, I had to book another hotel to spend the night near Bergamo and lost the reservation anyway. But what was our surprise? Someone from Alamo called around 00:30 to ask where were we? as they were waiting for us when they noticed the flight was delayed.We had already left by bus to the city center. If we had known someone would wait, I wouldn't have expended in extra accomodation and complicated logistics. That's exactly what I wanted to avoid by calling them early. To sum up, terrible comunication between the personal in their own office, not clear policies on what to do if we arrive late, and a lot of economical perjudice and stress on our side. We came the day after to complain and demand an explanation and they simply didn't take responsibility for the situation. We ended up booking with another company, which was, of course, more expensive because it was a last-minute arrangement. Not recommended at all.

Арендовали авто с 29 декабря 2025 по 4 января 2026 года. Приехали за час до забронированного времени аренды авто, сказали ждать так как авто еще не готово. В назначенное время все оформили, сели на автобус на выходе из аэропорта и через 5 минут были на парковке. Забрали авто и поехали кататься, в авто был неприятный запах. При возврате авто без замечаний, залог вернули в полном объеме в течение пяти дней.

Flughafen Bergamo - Niemals wieder Alamo !!!! Bei einem Unternehmen welches weltweit tätig ist erwarte ich das man sich in fließendem Englisch unterhalten kann aber der Herr am Schalter war nur sehr schlecht zu verstehen oder wollte nicht verstanden werden. Unsere Buchungsbestätigung mit Versicherungsnachweis hat er sich erst gar nicht angesehen. Wir hatten über Booking einen Jeep Renegade gebucht inkl. Versicherungspaket. Dieses Versicherungspaket wurde am Schalter nicht akzeptiert und uns wurde eine neue Versicherung für 560.-€ angeboten. Ohne Abschluss dieser völlig überteuerten Versicherung wollte man uns das Fahrzeug nicht übergeben. Als Grund wurde die Mietzeit von 13 Tagen vorgeschoben, da in einem solch „langen" Zeitraum immer was passieren könnte. Da das Fahrzeug bereits bezahlt war sahen wir keine andere Möglichkeit und ließen uns mehr oder weniger abzocken. Jetzt bin ich gespannt was noch passiert wenn wir das Fahrzeug abgeben und wie Booking dazu steht.
