Очень переживала из за плохих отзывов тут, поэтому на стойке регистрации заплатила за полную страховку автомобиля, и не пожалела Мне повысили статус машины, вместо Тойоты Гибрид, дали Опель Гибрид Берите гибрид или електронной машины, потому, что есть зоны в которые вы можете заезжать только на таких авто определённое время недели (выходные бесплатно). Потом надо покупать пропуск Мы заехали в выходной день в зону ZTL, и переживали, что нам прийдёт штраф, но пока всё хорошо и деньги остались у меня. Залог за молодого водителя вернули на следующий день Права украинского образца подходят Была только проблема, когда мы оставляли авто, потому, что была глубокая ночь (около 4:00 утра), а заезд на парковку компании был перекрыт стройкой. Перед тем как заехать за шлагбаум, там где ездит автобус от аэропорта, вам нужно свернуть право и вы попадаете на паркинг для сдачи авто после аренды Жаль, что сотрудники не предупредили нас, но мы смогли найти это

Worst experience ever. Avoid the hassle and scams and rent a car elsewhere. They delivered the car to me all scratched and dirty. When I returned it, they used a window cleaner to highlight a barely noticeable scratch on the windshield that was most likely already there. They charged me 180 euros. I bet they've charged previous customers countless times for the same "damage." Real scammers.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! This company is an absolute scam! I rented a car and, despite having video proof showing the condition of the car when I took it, they tried to charge me for damages that were already present. The car had 65 scratches all over it, and when I picked it up, the operator even mentioned that we would need five hours to check for every single scratch. That should have been a huge red flag! They are just using this as a classic way to take extra money from customers. I strongly advise anyone looking to rent a car to avoid this company at all costs. I will leave a photo of what they accused me of, even though it was absolutely impossible to notice those "damages" when I took the car in the first place. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!

❗️ nu închiriați de aici ❗️ Păcat ca nu pot să mai puțin de o stea! Mi-au vândut o asigurare cu 300 de euro deși eu aveam deja una făcută direct pe site atunci când am închiriat mașina. Am luat o mașina electrică dar ce mi-au dat ei nu avea nici o legătură cu ce am selectat pe site, autonomie foarte mică și lovită, zgâriată stare foarte proasta a mașinii. În plus mi-au cerut să o încarc 100 la 100 altfel mă taxau cu alți 80 de euro! Eu îi voi da în judecată
