Optimorent

OPTIMO RENT... ti attirano col prezzo, al ritiro la macchina era piena di graffi che ovviamente abbiamo controllato, alla consegna c'è stato un graffio in più superficiale e dopo 24 ore già mi avevano addebitato 260€, praticamente il doppio di quello che ho pagato di noleggio, fatto vedere al mio carrozziere con neanche la metà la sistemava. DEI LADRI DI PRIMA CATEGORIA.

Muovendoci spesso in Italia e all'estero abbiamo scoperto OptimoRent ed ormai è diventato il nostro fornitore di riferimento. Ottime autovetture e prezzi molto interessanti.

Just returned a car here and the staff was amazing. I had made a mistake to book a one way Genoa-Malpensa car rental and didn’t realize that my flight is from Milan Bergamo. The awesome people saved me easily 5 hours of driving and bussing around and since I had already paid the 80 euro one way fee I didn’t have to pay extra. Super happy!

Looking at all the negative opinions (which I saw only after I booked the car and got terrified) I wanted to share the feedback after my recent very positive experience with OptimoRent. I rented a car via Discover Cars about a month before the planned date. Indeed - OptimoRent belongs to the Autovia group (along with Ecovia and Furgovia) and this is where you should look for its office. This information was mentioned at my DiscoverCars voucher. It’s the first car rental office on the left side when you leave arrivals. My car was ready and there was no issue with my booking. The service I got from the two very nice and pleasant people was quick and professional. The car I got had few small scratches which were mentioned on the form (is not always the case for other car rentals and you have to carefully check the car) but it was quite new 30k km in a good condition. The drop off went very smoothly. I might consider choosing OptimoRent again next time because of the great price and nice service.

Can't recommend! The office of Optimorent was nowhere to be found. After several times we could reach someone on the telephone who told us to go to a different rental car shelter. By that time one hour after our original pick up time was passed so when we finally arrived the right shelter at the parking lot they told us our reservation was canceld because we are to late. We couldn't get a different car and had to go back to the airport and organise a new one with an other company.

NO RECOMENDABLE!!!!!! La peor compañía con la que hemos alquilado un coche. Lentos, cero resolutivos (con un problema que nos surgió), timadores (no funcionaba el datáfono para nuestra tarjeta de crédito y tuvimos que contratar un seguro con la de debito de 35 euros/día (mas del doble de lo que nos había costado el coche)) y lejos del aeropuerto (al contrario que las demás compañías). El día de llegada llamamos en varias ocasiones según lo indicado para que nos vinieran a buscar con el transfer y nadie cogió el teléfono por lo que tuvimos que ir con el equipaje andando hasta su oficina. En definitiva, la ultima compañía con la que volvería a coger un coche.

Li dono 1 estrella perquè no n'hi puc donar 0. OptimoRent és una empresa intermediària de Ecovia. Es NEFASTA, LLADRES, INEPTES! Vam reservar un cotxe amb OptimoRent amb un mes d'antelació, ens van comfirmar la reserva, i vam pagar un dipòsit. Al arribar a l'aeroport de Bérgamo, ens vam adonar que NO TENEN OFICINA, que aquesta localització que hi ha al GoogleMaps no existeix. Quan vam descobrir que operaven amb Ecovia gràcies a una ressenya, vam anar a l'oficina d'Ecovia, i ens van dir que OptimoRent no havien comfirmat la reserva del cotxe a Ecovia, i en consequencia la reserva s'havia cancelat. Aleshores ens vam trobar a les 9 de la nit a l'aeroport, sense cotxe de lloguer, i a mitjans de juliol, i sort vam tenir que una altra companyia tenia un cotxe de lloguer (totes ens deien que ja no en tenien) i vam pagar EL DOBLE del preu inicial que teniem amb OptimoRent. Cal dir que hem trucat i enviat missatges a OptimoRent, que MAI ens han contestat, i que NO HEM RECUPERAT EL DIPOSIT. EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE.
