Puglia and GO!

Servizio super professionale, preciso e puntuale.

Puglia and GO!

Esperienza positiva personale gentile e qualificato.

It was a special experience renting a car from you. Your booking page still needs a lot of development. Entering your phone number was made really difficult. The service numbers in the booking confirmation were not in use. You were not interested in contacting me via Whatsapp. When I arrived to pick up the car at your office, there was no car or person there. When I finally managed to get in touch with you via Whatsapp, I had to wait an hour on the street before the car arrived. The return was also a really poor performance. Once again, no one was there. When I knocked on the office door, a lady came to the door with a brush in her hand and initially refused to accept the car. I did not give up, but showed her the booking confirmation, after which she started calling to ask what to do with the car. After a few calls, she finally agreed to accept the car. I really cannot recommend this company.
