Abbiamo noleggiato un van 9 posti da Bari aeroporto per Roma ad un prezzo molto conveniente, fermato dal sito senza acconto o altro. Siamo arrivati al desk e in 2 miniti avevamo le chiavi. Tutto perfetto!

I had a good expérience in september 2024. I wait 20 minutes to have the SUV car. It has only 9000km on the counter. The exact same car i order and ready to go and have the option to not have to refull the car to bring it back. I took a lot of pics of there car in case of extra charge. But it didnyd happen the price was as plan. The staff was kind. The only thing is a long walk to find the place a bit difficult to find with two big luggage to carry. But i recommand, quality like other entreprise worldwide. If you go in june and july its normal to any car rental to have a kong wait that people compains.

Had a really good experience w/ Enterprise/Locauto. Got my car on a Monday at around 4:00..there was no wait at the counter and 4 employees were working at the time. Process was quick and i was at my car doing the inspection within 20 minutes. Car had a lot of cosmetic issues but the agent walked around the whole car and made sure everything was marked on the sheet. The return was even easier. Returned it on a Monday as well. I was done with the return in 15 minutes. Agent also walked around the car and quickly found I had not created any new damage. The hold on my card was returned within a week. Overall really great experience and highly recommended.

Horrible experience. Difficult communication, it's almost like they make it harder to communicate. I travel a lot and 90% of the time I rent cars through Enterprise. I have rented in many countries including in the third world central & South America as well as the middle east. Italy was the worst rental experience. Everything about during and after rental. I wish they had made it a little bit easiest so I can give them a review directly first instead of google.
