Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Mi experiencia en Enterprise Rent-A-Car en el Aeroporto Galileo Galilei de Posa fue bastante positiva. 😊🚗 Atención al cliente: La atención en el mostrador fue excelente. El personal fue muy amable, servicial y respondió todas mis dudas de forma clara, lo que hizo que el proceso de recogida del coche fuese rápido y sin complicaciones. 👍💼 Ubicación y logística: La única pega es que el coche se encuentra en un aparcamiento un poco alejado del aeropuerto. Según me comentaron, hay un autobús que conecta con la terminal, pero la información sobre los horarios es escasa y poco clara. Nosotros optamos por ir caminando, y aunque el trayecto dura entre 15 y 19 minutos, lo malo fue tener que cargar con todas las maletas durante ese tiempo. 🚶‍♂️🛄 Un poco incómodo si llevas mucho equipaje, pero a fin de cuentas, es una opción viable si te apetece estirar las piernas. En resumen: Todo en Enterprise Rent-A-Car fue correcto: una atención impecable, un proceso de recogida ágil y un coche en perfecto estado. Solo mejora la señalización o la información respecto al transporte desde el aparcamiento al aeropuerto. A pesar de ese pequeño inconveniente, recomendaría el servicio por la calidad de la atención y la eficiencia general. ⭐ Valoración final: 9/10 ⭐ ¡Definitivamente volvería a utilizar sus servicios en mi próxima visita a Pisa! 🌟🚗✨

Comme souvent en Italie beaucoup d’attente pour atteindre le guichet. La voiture louée n’est tpuours celle réservé mais une " équivalente ": entre un Jeep Compass et un Qasqay……? Attention amis nord Américain la boîte auto et une option chez bcp de loueurs Pour aller au site rent à car il vous faudra prendre un bus..attente très longue sous le soleil.. si vous n’êtes pas trop chargé je vous conseil de faire le trajet à pieds une dizaine de minutes). Plus généralement sur la location : je vous recommande de prendre le télé-péage (pour info si vous êtes abonnés en France il est possible que votre abonnement marche en Italie prenez à prendre votre badge - sinon à demander : les loueurs ne le proposent pas toujours et c’est quand même bien pratique pour éviter les files d’attente sur autoroute) Quelque soit l’endroit où vous stationnez j’en vous recommande les appli easy Park (la plus répandue en Italie) ou Pay By phone : permettent d’être sûr de ne pas se garer sur une zone interdite et de gérer votre stationnement en temps réel

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. We requested a Volswagen Golf or alike and received an almost brand new Skoda Kamiq with carplay. Still renting, hope the return is as smooth as the pickup! 😁

I rented a Fiat 500. It had many minor scratches and damages, but the car itself was good and did not consume much fuel. I have no major reservations. The handover of the car went smoothly, and the scratches and dents were recorded in the report. After returning, I put the keys in the key box. The credit card deposit was unblocked the very next day. Therefore, a positive rating.

Taking car: quick, knows what to do. But no info about zero emission zone that cars should not enter in Florence until I called to ask on the day, which was too late for planning (very bad English anyway). A simple card with bullet points of notifications when giving the key should solve this kind of issues. Returning car: not good arrangement, only 1 guy working, another guy is cleaning cars while there is a long queue just to drop keys. Overall: so so, but not worth for the money (more than double price vs others). Recommended other names like Avis or local leasers.
