Auto Brenner - Service Skoda Bressanone

We had a positive experience with this service. The car was diagnosed and fixed quickly, which was especially important for us since we were short on time. The staff were polite and helpful.

We had a very bad experience with the people in charge of this place. We arrived with a damaged rental van, which we had hired for our vacation, and we were traveling from Spain with our 2-year-old child. Later, we found out we couldn’t get the van repaired there because it was very expensive and would take many days. The workers at this place treated us very badly, even given our vulnerable situation—especially the man with the moustache. He refused to bring our van down from the elevator so we could collect our belongings, even though we had a flight in just two hours. I cannot understand such a rude attitude towards people who came asking for help. I can only say that this man does not deserve to work there.
